Can I view and test the equipment before ordering?
Yes, our team can book you in to visit one of our showrooms to see and try any machine first hand.

Do we have affiliate links?
Yes, Body Tech Supply offers affiliates 15% of each referred order's sales profit.

Is all the kit customisable?
Any items with a paint coating can be custom coloured to suit your gym.

How long does shipping take?
Once your new equipment is manufactured - shipping can take up to 45 days to arrive in the UK.

Does the equipment come with a warranty?
Yes. Items have varying warranty periods all of which are outlined in our terms & conditions.

What are payment terms?
Orders are required to have a 30% non-refundable deposit paid up front - with remaining payment needing full settlement by no later than 14 days after equipment has been installed at your premises.

Do you accept returns for unwanted goods?
We do not offer refunds for unwanted goods, Body Tech Supply is open to negotiation of re-purchasing unwanted goods at up to 30% of the customers pricing minus fees, for full details please read our terms & conditions.
